I can understand 普通話,閩南話, 廣東話,潮州話, 海南話 and 客家話

I speak mandarin in China.

I just do not know enough pinyin to input Chinese on my computer. I can read without problem.

The Chinese I use here is via translation software( 我用翻译软件) and "copy and paste"

去了哪儿都要尊重当地的风俗习惯 is absolutely correct. You are a good Chinese.

中国人崇洋媚外 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Learning a foreign culture and 崇洋媚外 are different things. The former is good; the latter is bad!
